Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £22.99

Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join their team where you will deliver a high standard of care within the intermediate care team.
Main duties of the job
- Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
- Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality care in community or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
