Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £22.99

Main duties of the job

  • Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
  • Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registration
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality care in community or rehabilitation settings.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
