The Apprenticeship Coordinator will support and coordinate the delivery of apprenticeship programmes. They will coordinate and deliver learner interviews and induction and enrolments for new apprentices as well as administration and data monitoring activities.Main Duties of the Apprenticeship Coordinator:

  • Keep up-to-date records and take responsibility for all relevant learner information
  • Support tutors with ensuring reviews are completed on time
  • Monitor and tack enrolment, registration and exam claims
  • Liaise with the End Point Assessment Coordinator to confirm activity
  • Schedule and co-ordinate internal verification processes

Role Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Experience reporting on data
  • Level 2 English, Maths and Business Administration qualifications or equivalent
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
