About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the classroom during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with the work set
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
- Following the school's policies and procedures
- Providing feedback to the school on student progress and behaviour
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education
- Confidence in managing a classroom environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to supporting young people in their learning
Requirements:
- A BA/BSc degree is desirable but not essential
- Ability to obtain a DBS check (or already registered on the update service)
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of different schools
- Experience working with children or young people.
