Page Personnel are currently working with a long term client, who are seeking for a Part Time Payroll Officer to join their team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. Our client can offer 22.5hrs/week that work around school hours, and would like to bring in someone with a strong understand of payroll procedures and legislation that wants to grow and develop in the finance industry.

Our client is a well-established entity in their respected industry, situated in Rotherham. They hold a robust team of employees across various departments and are renowned for their professional approach and commitment to excellence.

Description

  • Manage and administer payroll tasks effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding payroll queries.
  • Preparing of statutory documentation such as Payslips, P45, P46 and P60's, P11Ds.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
  • Have gained relevant experience in similar role
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A flexible approach to hybrid working, with the ability to work both from the office in Rotherham and from home.

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £30,000 FTE, with a potential bonus of up to 10%.
  • A part-time role, offering 22.5 hours per week spread over 5 days. (over school hours)
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
