The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Our client is within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, employing staff across multiple sites. Description

  • Assisting in payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and records.
  • Calculations of SSP, SMP
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and apply them correctly.
  • Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate staff records.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

  • Have gained relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
