We are seeking a dedicated and caring KS2 Teacher to join our supportive SEMH school in Rotherham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional and complex needs.
About the Role:- Teaching small classes of Key Stage 2 pupils with SEMH needs.
- Supported by a team of experienced Teaching Assistants in the classroom.
- Developing tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
- Fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Fixed term until July 2025, with the possibility of contract extension or a permanent role.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Applications from ECTs are welcome.
- Proven experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural challenges.
- A strong, patient, and resilient practitioner who can manage complex behaviours with empathy and professionalism.
