Job Title: Year 4 Teacher (Temporary, Full-Time)
Location:Rotherham
Salary: between 150 - 200 pounds per day (dependent on experience)
Duration: ASAP - end December 2024 (may get extended into 2025).
Salary: Excellent rate of pay, commensurate with teaching experience
Randstad Education is supporting a primary school in Rotherham to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted interventions as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's curriculum.
- Establishing effective communication with parents and guardians to support pupil's academic and social development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
