- Review and approve ISIR and FAIR documentation prior to submission.
- Act as the primary contact for addressing internal quality issues.
- Investigate internal and external non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation in line with customer requests.
- Provide inspection support as required to manage workload or cover absences.
- Review and approve concessions before they are sent to customers.
- Conduct regular quality audits to maintain high standards.
- Lead 8D investigations in response to issues identified by the QHSE Manager.
- Develop and implement process controls for specific procedures.
- Generate Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) and follow through to ensure successful resolution.
- Has an excellent understanding of quality processes and standards in manufacturing.
- Experience working in a simular role and Industry (Metal fabrication)
- Excellent understanding of robotics principles, kinematics, and dynamics for efficient programming and troubleshooting
- Can adapt to shifting priorities and meet challenging requirements with a flexible approach.
