We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a thriving food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic chance to play a pivotal role in driving operational success, ensuring production targets are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights

Key Responsibilities of the Production Shift Manager:

  • Lead and manage a team of production staff
  • Oversee the daily operations of your shift, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards
  • Monitor and report on production KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments, including planning, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
  • Troubleshoot production issues promptly, minimising downtime and ensuring a ‘right first time’ approach
