We're looking for a Technical Support and Planning Supervisor to join our client, a manufacturing, maintenance and engineering organisation based in Rotherham.

Coordinate Contracts & Repairs:Ensure contract terms and conditions are applied for all site and workshop repairs.Prepare risk and method statements for all site interventions.Manage stock, including spare turbine holdings, ensuring availability when required.Customer & Technical Support:Be the go-to expert for technical enquiries.Provide troubleshooting assistance both on-site and in the workshop.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, helping them plan and optimize maintenance schedules.Operational Excellence:Update customers on progress and provide monthly status reports.Monitor equipment performance using tools like Historian software to identify potential improvements.Promote and secure new maintenance contracts with new customers.Safety & Quality:Champion health and safety practices, striving for zero accidents.Suggest improvements to boost safety, productivity, and technical efficiency.What You'll Bring to the Role:?
