The position requires the candidate to work full-time and attend the office each working day.
The successful applicant will handle a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision, including both sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold files.
The hourly rate for this role is dependent on experience and is outside IR35 regulations.
Candidates are expected to have a significant level of experience in Residential Conveyancing.

Job description: One of our well distinguished clients in West Yorkshire are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum for their holiday cover requirements. This assignment is for the end of April till the middle of May.

The client is looking for someone on a full time basis, whilst the successful candidate will be able to attend the office each working.

Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
