Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a large organisation based in Rotherham in their search for a temporary receptionist with a view to go permanent for the right candidate.
Your duties will include:
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
- Prepare meeting rooms and organize refreshments as needed.
- Handle routine inquiries professionally.
- Support managers with PPE orders, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
- Ensure managers clear exceptions on the portal.
- Pull reports from the portal and provide relevant agencies with timecards for their staff.
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using administrative tools and software (e.g., UKG portal).
- Effective communication skills.
Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00. Monday to Friday. (Potential rare requirement to start early and stay late)
Pay-rate: £13.33 per hour PAYE
