Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working with an healthcare provider in Rotherham who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a HR Advisor you will report directly into HR Manager and support a headcount of circa 3000 employees. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle whilst adhering to CQC policies and regulations with a strong focus on employee relations and onboarding.As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues and processes
- Managing an ER caseload including long term sickness, grievances and conducting investigations
- Ensuring new starters have been correctly vetted and are compliant with legal frameworkÂ
- Ensuring HRIS information and processes are kept up to date
- Re-writing and updating HR Policies
- Supporting the recruitment team with recruitment processes and selection
- Supporting line managers via teams and across multi-sites
The right person for the role will have at least 1 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role and ideally have a CIPD qualification.
