They specialise in connecting talented individuals with exceptional career opportunities within the manufacturing, engineering and commercial sectors.This is a 360-role that will involve managing workload from sourcing through to placement.Key Responsibilities• Expected to proactively reach out to clients to form / strengthen relationships, with the goal of maximising sales and securing on-going business.• Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards and social media platforms.• Posting job adverts and responding to incoming job applications.
