Residential Practitioner Role:

As a residential practitioner based in one of the children's homes, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of these young individuals. Your role involves guiding them toward adulthood and independence. While the work can be challenging, it is also incredibly rewarding. Here are your key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment within the children's home. This includes ensuring their physical safety and emotional well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) or working towards it
  • As per client request you will have at least 6 months full time experience of supporting Children or Young People in care or similar.
