Role Responsibilities
- Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare, Children and Young People’s Workforce, or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
- Collaborating with learners to ensure the highest standards of training and development.
- Completing all relevant assessment paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring and reporting learner progress, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Working across various Health and Social Care settings, including children’s homes, residential family centres, and supported living accommodations.
Requirements
- Recognised Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent).
- Relevant work experience within the Health and Social Care sector, specifically with children, young people, and families.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle (with business insurance).
- Willingness to travel to services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the Northwest.
