About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team, working in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Rotherham and surrounding areas. This role involves supporting students with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student development.
