Harworth Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join their Office of General Counsel. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Supply Chain Management and Procurement Policy, ensuring compliance while enhancing the effectiveness of their supply chain controls and processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the Supply Chain Management and Procurement Policy.
- Provide training and awareness programmes for operational teams.
- Deliver second-line assurance and compliance reporting.
- Manage and enhance the Supply Chain Digital Platform.
- Support operational teams in onboarding, relationship management and procurement processes.
- Engage with the external market to bring in best practices and industry insights.
About You:
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics or transport or a CIPS qualification (Level 4 or above).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain management role.
- Strong technological aptitude, including experience with digital supply chain platforms and Power BI.
- Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure sectors is desirable.
