Are you passionate about empowering young learners?We are a leading recruitment agency, currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Lecturer to join our client's Engage programme. This is an exciting opportunity to support home-educated students aged 14-16 as they transition into college life.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic educator with experience in personal and social development to teach on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 1-4 PM. The role involves engaging with students through interactive lessons that focus on developing critical life skills, including teamwork, communication, and IT competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive and impactful lessons aligned with the NCFE L1/E3 Certificate in Personal and Social Development.
  • Guide students in developing IT, communication, and time management skills, preparing them for academic and personal success.
  • Provide one-on-one support to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure students’ smooth transition from home education to college.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience working with young learners, especially home-educated students, is highly desirable (but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of personal and social development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • A passion for supporting young people in achieving their full potential.
