In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment for Levels 1-5 Health & Social Care, with an emphasis on T-Levels in Health and Science. Using an enthusiastic and engaging approach, you'll motivate and support students to reach their full potential.

The main goal of the lecturer is to equip students with future-ready skills through outstanding education and training. You’ll inspire students to achieve their potential and take satisfaction in the difference you make daily. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent teaching, preparing and marking assessments, and setting SMART targets to support student success.

You Will...

  • Play a vital role in developing creative resources that inspire learning and support the progress of students to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Be a collaborative and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with colleagues and management to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Hold a vocational health-related qualification at Level 3 or above, along with a relevant teaching qualification and assessor’s award, or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths.
  • Be able to bring the subject matter to life through a combination of practical, theoretical, and digital teaching methods that engage students and equip them with essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours for the future.
