This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking team and contribute to cutting-edge production processes.About the job: - Perform daily pre-start checks according to site controls and code of practice.- Operate and maintain advanced robotic welding machinery, ensuring optimal performance.- Program robots and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficient production.- Perform all touchpoint functions involved in robotic welding operations.- Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment.- Meet production schedules to the correct quality levels and within specified timeframes.- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader.- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.- Monitor products to ensure customer specifications are met, taking corrective action as needed.About You:- Experience in robotic welding within the manufacturing sector.- Strong understanding of robot control interfaces with ancillary equipment.- A flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.- A focus on quality, consistently promoting its importance to others.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas.What’s in it for you? - Competitive salary to value and motivate our team.
