Administrative Assistant – Fixed Term Contract

Salary £23,000 (pro-rata to contract period)

Fixed term contract from mid-Feb/start of March to end of September 2025

Working hours to end of May are 08:00 – 15:30 with half an hour lunch

June to end September are 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch

Office Based essential Bingley BD16

Job Description:


Holmes and Partners Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic immigration consultancy team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the case management process and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.  Please be aware this role is a fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Open and manage client cases on our case management system
  • Create, send, and receive letters and correspondence with clients and external parties
  • Maintain and update management spreadsheets to track case progress and deadlines
  • Request, verify, and upload client documents to various databases and platforms

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
