Certain Advantage is hiring for a Disrepair Surveyor based in the Wiltshire/Hampshire area.

This role is on a permanent-basis and is field-based.

We're working with a UK-based organisation focused on housing and care services. Its primary mission is to provide affordable housing, manage a portfolio of rental and shared ownership properties, and support sustainable community development.

This role is for a Disrepair Surveyor-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Property inspections (damp, mould, disrepair surveys)
• High-quality condition reports of each property
• Advice and training to other members of the team and handling complaints.

We're looking for people who can show:

• Relevant technical (HNC or higher) qualification in Building, Surveying, damp remedial works or similar technical field or will be able to demonstrate 6 years plus of experience within this sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Disrepair legislation, the Landlord Tenancy act 1985, Homes for Habitation and HHSRS assessments
• Full Driving License and access to a vehicle
