In the wake of significant expansion, this leading manufacturer is looking for a forward-thinking Management Accountant to join their team. You'll collaborate with a finance department that values hard work as much as a good laugh.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will involve developing financial reports, enhancing reporting processes for optimal efficiency, and managing WIP and raw material stocks to ensure peak performance. As this business operates nationwide, occasional travel to their Sheffield site will be necessary, with a pool car provided for these trips.

You'll handle financial accounts for multiple sites and business units, preparing management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and overseeing fixed asset controls.

About You:
Ideally, you're a qualified accountant or actively pursuing your qualification if this is the case, this company will support you throughout your studies.

You should be an ambitious self-starter who thrives under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but if you're adaptable and driven, you'll fit right in!

You'll have excellent Excel skills and bonus points if you are proficient with Sage.
