This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Accounts Payable operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing:Manage high-volume processing of supplier invoices accurately and timely using SAP software.
- Query resolution
- Verification and reconciliation
- Supplier payment runs
- Expenses
- Managing a shared inbox, transferring invoices to SAP
What You Need To Succeed:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
- The ability to resolve discrepancies and handle financial data confidentially.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
