Full job description

As the document controller on site, you will play a crucial role in supporting the on-site team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the site management team.
  • Maintain site records, including daily logs, attendance records, and health and safety documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Manage site correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organise and maintain the site office, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with the on boarding of new site personnel, including orientation and issuing of site access cards.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Support the site team in the implementation of health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administrative/ document control role
  • Proficient in all aspect of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
