My Middlesbrough based client is seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile various accounts, including credit cards
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Record journals
  • Create reports and update internal Excel spreadsheets monthly
  • Count and reconcile petty cash each month
  • Create job cost reports
  • Carry out payment runs
  • Manage VAT returns
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Utilise in-house systems - CIS Pegasus & Sage 200

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
  • AAT Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organisational abilities
