What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping financial records up-to-date, including managing sales and purchase ledgers
  • Preparing reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Handling online customer purchasing portals and corporate card payments
  • Balancing the sales ledger each week and resolving payment queries efficiently
  • Setting up and managing customer accounts in line with company policies
  • Ensuring invoices and accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in an accounts or admin role is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
