This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent. This role is to start in January or sooner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and security of the school premises.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the school buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Oversee the security of the school premises, including opening and closing the school.
- Monitor and manage heating, lighting, and other facilities.
- Assist with setting up rooms for events and activities.
- Report any major maintenance issues to the school administration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required.
