As an Area Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of complex care packages with clinical interventions and manage them holistically.
- Lead a team of nurses and case managers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Uphold high standards in care, prioritising a person-centred approach and individual wellbeing.
- Act as a responsive advocate for complaints and safeguarding, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Oversee comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the healthcare market and be commercially driven.
