My Public Sector Client based in Middlesbrough requires two temporary Call Centre Administrator's to join their busy Public Health Department. The role is running through to the end of March 2025 and the hourly rate is 11.60 per hour.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrator. This role supports Customer Services/Call Centre Secretarial & Administration This is the front door for Adult Social Care. The phone lines are busy, and administrator will need to be able to use LAS system to support call taking. Calls may be for advice, signposting, queries on open cases or creation of new cases. Calls can be sensitive in nature.

Have a friendly and understanding approach when dealing with staff and clients.
Have great IT skills and experience with office management tools.
Have a Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
Have experience maintaining internal databases.
Have experience organizing, storing and printing company documents.
Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Have experience providing a high level of professional administration support under high pressure.
Administration Duties would include:
Undertake a range of tasks e.g. reception duties, answering telephone, face to face enquiries, liaising with relevant staff, dealing with visitors. Dealing with routine unexpected problems and situations within the service.
Provide general clerical/ admin, support e.g. photocopying, filing, completion of standard forms, responding to routine correspondence
Set up and maintain manual and computerised records/ management information systems or service specific management information systems.
Sort and distribute mail.
Undertake administrative procedures (E.g. reconciliation and processing orders, invoices etc.).
Planning and scheduling of events /appointments.
Operate relevant equipment/ICT packages (e.g. electronic social care database, Word, excel, spreadsheets, internet).
Maintain stock and supplies, ordering of stationary and other supplies.
