We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our clients repairs and maintenance team. This role involves ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards. The position is primarily based in the Tees Valley area, but occasional travel outside these areas may be required.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct high-quality joinery work in domestic settings, ensuring all repairs and maintenance meet the required standards.
- Travel within the Tees Valley area and occasionally to other locations as needed.
- Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting safe working practices within the team.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Proven experience in joinery, particularly in domestic repair and maintenance.
- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field.
- Full UK driving licence without restrictions.
- Strong multi-skilled capabilities in various aspects of domestic joinery.
- Excellent understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
- Ability to work confidently and promote safety within the team.
