BJ95 - Account ManagerLocation: Covering North East of England Salary: £35,208.96 Per Annum (Rising to £36,617 after successful probation.) + Option of Company Car/ Car allowance.Working Hours: Monday - FridayOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to have a portfolio of customers in the North East of England.Our client offers easy-to-use textile services that ensure safe and hygienic solutions for the best possible customer experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring minimal disruption to the laundry’s function and keeping operations running.Your key responsibilities in this role will be working with a customer portfolio worth 1 million pound which will involve customer facing meetings and utilising teams conference calls. Supporting and conducting Audits, educating customers on using our client's services and discussing new opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full involvement in onboarding process for Grow segment customers
  • Meeting customers face to face in accordance with agreed schedules
  • Establishing and developing customer relationships to develop trust and enable customer expectations to be exceeded.
  • Identifying customer needs in a consultative way, offering new service lines, resolving issues in collaboration with other departments, training customer contacts where necessary and upselling/cross selling new services such as collection changes, new product lines.
  • Ensuring all reporting and CRM updates are completed in a timely manner
  • Actively search for new and improved methods of work processes, both internal and on customer sites.
  • Manage and Grow Portfolio
  • Improve Profitability
  • Achieve and exceed retention target
  • Promote and train the company's software systems to their customer base.
  • Existing account renewal
  • Contract Updates
  • Assist in the measuring of new wearers, both in existing and new accounts
  • Toolbox onsite talks
  • Encourage open and honest feedback from the customer base
  • Support Multi Site Accounts inline and direction from KAM

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Previous experience in Account Management role
  • Proven sales experience
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, Excel, Powerpoint Office and all software systems used.
  • Time management
