The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Group are working exclusively for a well-established family-run communications provider. Our award winning client works with many different organisations and sectors, providing a range of business communications products and solutions. They are looking for someone with B2B consultative sales experience to join them as a Business Development Manager. They will be responsible for attracting new clients as well as growing existing accounts. This role will involve meeting clients face to face as well as on Teams.Role Profile:•    Prospecting and converting new business opportunities (telephone/canvassing/face to face)•    Develop and grow existing high value customers with cross selling/upselling•    Promote a range of business communication systems •    Attend networking events to increase brand awareness and drive leads•    Provide a consultative and innovative sales approach to effectively overcome objections and build strong client relationships•    Book your own sales meetings/appointments with both new and existing clients alongside those appointments booked for youPerson Specification:•    A proven track record in a B2B sales role•    Experience in telecoms / tech / managed service provider would be beneficial•    Ability to book own appointments and meet clients face to face•    Consultative sales experience is essential Other information:•    A high spec company car or £450 pm car allowance•    Generous uncapped commission scheme•    Laptop and phone•    Access to a great pension scheme with employer contributions•    Great working environment - not a call centre!•    Hours based upon Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm (No weekends or bank holidays)
