Our client, a market leader in delivering innovative technical products and services, is seeking a talented individual with a strong background in new business sales to join their team as a Business Development Manager in Middlesbrough.

This is a 360-degree sales role, where you'll be responsible for sourcing your own appointments, converting prospects into loyal customers, and providing ongoing account management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively selling cutting-edge technical products and services to new clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a field-based role
  • A genuine interest in IT and technology, with a knack for explaining technical solutions
  • A proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to craft tailored solutions
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage time, priorities, and projects effectively
  • Proficiency in sales administration and computer literacy
  • A full, clean driving license is essential

Other information:

  • Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £30,000
  • OTE exceeding £50,000
