European BDM - Manufacturing
Location: North Yorkshire (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Profit Share
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in international markets? Join a leading manufacturing business in North Yorkshire that produces life-saving products across defence, aerospace, food & beverage, agriculture, and diving industries. Following major UK defence contract wins and global expansion, they are now focusing on growth within European markets and need a European BDM to lead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion - Develop and execute a strategy to grow the company’s presence in European markets
- Distributor Management - Identify, onboard, and manage key distribution partners across Europe
- Customer Acquisition - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Sales Strategy - Work closely with the Sales Director to create and implement market entry plans
- Competitor Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Revenue Growth - Drive sales performance, negotiate contracts, and maximize profitability
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success
