A world-leading corrugated packaging manufacturer is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join its North East site. Working remotely, you will take accountability for driving new business development initiatives, whilst establishing and implanting strategies aimed at fostering continued growth within the division. The business is passionate about its people and invests heavily in the training and development of staff at every level! Along with a salary of circa £75,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including a potential bonus up to 25% (OTE £100,000), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme (up to 6%), life assurance x4, private medical insurance and a company car! As Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager with:
  • A proven track record of success in business development within the packaging industry, specifically at a senior sales level.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of client organisations.
  • Extensive experience in developing long-term client relationships, with a focus on increasing repeat business and cross-selling additional services.
  • A results-driven approach, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities that contribute to the growth of the business.
