We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team. This role involves a blend of field sales and office-based work, focusing on both developing new business and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct field sales visits and office-based work to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
