Location: MOD Site (Static Position)
Salary: 50,000 per annum + Van + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday

Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic team at a large M&E contractor, where you'll be working on a static MOD site, overseeing new projects and installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-security environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installations and projects on a static MOD site.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Essential: Clean DBS or Security Clearance Check.
- Relevant electrical qualifications, including SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, particularly within MOD or high-security environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
