Project Planner
- Annual Salary: Up to £48,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

This role is crucial for advising on time management, progress, and resource allocation within our projects, making it ideal for professionals with a strong background in planning within the offshore wind industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work closely with the project team, consortium partners, and subcontractors to provide proactive advice on project timelines, progress, resource management, opportunities, and risks.
- Maintain, update, and progress the contract planning, considering all aspects such as logic, resource planning, cash flows, and uncertainties.
- Create transparency and overview with clear visuals using Gantt charts, time-distance diagrams, storyboards, and 4D-plans.
- Advise project management on strategic directions for the project.
- Deliver reliable progress reports throughout the project duration.
- Initiate and lead planning workshops, reviews, and rehearsals of concept (ROC).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in planning roles within the offshore wind industry.
- Proficiency in developing project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, TILOS, or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team on multiple projects.
- Ability to translate complex matters into understandable insights.
- Willingness to occasionally travel internationally to project locations and the Netherlands office.
