This role is crucial for advising on time management, progress, and resource allocation within our projects, making it ideal for professionals with a strong background in planning within the offshore wind industry.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the project team, consortium partners, and subcontractors to provide proactive advice on project timelines, progress, resource management, opportunities, and risks.
  • Maintain, update, and progress the contract planning, considering all aspects such as logic, resource planning, cash flows, and uncertainties.
  • Create transparency and overview with clear visuals using Gantt charts, time-distance diagrams, storyboards, and 4D-plans.
  • Advise project management on strategic directions for the project.
  • Deliver reliable progress reports throughout the project duration.
  • Initiate and lead planning workshops, reviews, and rehearsals of concept (ROC).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proven experience in planning roles within the offshore wind industry.
  • Proficiency in developing project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, TILOS, or MS Project.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team on multiple projects.
  • Ability to translate complex matters into understandable insights.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally to project locations and the Netherlands office.
