Paisley Site Services are working together with a successful client based in Teesside seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team with a focus on high pressure pump & vacuum trucks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

Successfully identify, penetrate and close business opportunities to a successful end, including additional sales opportunities

Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Actively build and maintain a network of customer relationships with both new and existing clients

Maintain an accurate database of all customer details and share this information willingly with other areas of the business

Take ownership for customer complaints, remain the point of contact and resolve these to a satisfactory conclusion

Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets

Maintain an excellent relationship with suppliers ensuring that the correct specifications for an order are delivered

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, selling high value assets

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Exceptional time management skills

Previous success and experience in a similar role or a good sales record selling high value assets

Flexible approach to work

Tenacious attitude with a constant consideration for the brand

Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling

Experience within the industrial cleaning sector is advantageous.
