Mechanical Design Engineer- Water Industry
A leading Tier-1 MEICA contractor working on large non-infrastructure projects within the water industry is looking for Mechanical Design Engineers to join their design team based in Middlesborough.

Duties for Mechanical Design Engineer
- Develop detailed and outline designs, as well as specifications for mechanical works.
- Providing technical input on a daily basis to contribute to the team of engineers and technicians.
- Ensure that the design output meets the agreed scope of work, as well as the budgets and timescales.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from other disciplines to meet project requirements and add value to the client.
- Attend design review meetings to monitor progress.
Qualifications/Experience for MechanicalDesign Engineer
- HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working within water or similar process-driven environment
- Contractual and commercial knowledge
- Eligible to work in the UK
