With numerous jobs registered every week, we are dedicated to meeting the rising demand for supply staff.Your new roleWe are looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience working with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This full-time role is initially temporary, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. You will be responsible for supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them to engage in their learning and achieve their academic goals.What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the school
