• Location: Tees Valley (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond the area.

As part of our client’s community-focused team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our properties, ensuring safety and satisfaction for our residents.

Day to Day of the role:

• Carry out electrical works related to repairs, maintenance, voids, and compliance tasks.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with current electrical regulations and standards.
• Focus on delivering high-quality, ‘right first time’ repairs to minimise repeat visits.
• Utilise the provided van, test equipment, and power tools to perform duties efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrician.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Competencies or equivalent and must have the 18th Edition.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Comfortable with using digital devices or willing to learn.
• A strong commitment to safe working practices and adherence to health and safety regulations.
