About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team at alarge commercial property in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualifiedelectrician looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary and shift work thatprovides a balanced lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:? Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.? Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.? Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.? Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.? Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.? Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:? Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).? Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.? Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Shift Pattern:? 8-week recurring rota.? Shifts are 12 hours each (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).? 4 days on 3 days off
