Randstad C&P are actively recruiting for a Qualified Static Maintenance Electrician to support our top FM client.
The Package:
- Title: Static Shift Maintenance Electrician
- Location: Middlesbrough
- Salary: upto £38,000 per annum
- Shift Work: 8-week recurring rota (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) 4 on 3 off
- Holidays: 23 days including bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
