Our client is currently recruiting for an experiencedInstallation operativefor a contractual assignment based inMiddlesbrough , TS2.
The role involves completing reactive and routine maintenance on PFI contract assets and installation of street lighting. To undertake full spectrum of street lighting installation including cable detection , excavation , trunking and column installation plus full reinstatement.
Available Shifts and Location:
- Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday- 5 Days A week
- Location:TS2 1JR
- Shift Times: Monday to Friday 07:30-17:00pm
- Pay Rate: 14.70 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accrue
- Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
- Employment Type:Contract (PAYE only)

Qualifications Required:
- 18th Edition
- IPAF
- TM, T1 T2
- G39
- EFAAW (First Aid)
- Electrical Inspection & Testing (Public Lighting)

Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience with street lighting inspection and repair
- Required to drive and operate Hiab vehicle
- Assist with festive decoration programme installing
- Periodically complete painting missions for street lighting assets
- Comply with company policies , management plans and procedures
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Good physical fitness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
