The CompanyCredit Control Manager We are delighted to be supporting a growing manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Credit Control Manager. The Role

The Credit Control Manager's duties will include:

  • Oversee the Day to day supervision and performance management of the Credit control team
  • Authorise New Applications recommendations and review for specific billing requirements
  • Escalate any issues/risks or concerns identified
  • Monitor the customer database for changes in risk profile and complete reviews of position for the senior leadership team. 
  • Undertake regular ledger reviews with team lead and credit controllers to prioritise workloads
  • Liaise with appropriate parties to ensure any customer complex billing requirements are understood and correctly acted upon
  • Set monthly targets for collections and produce monthly reports for senior management                                                                                                                                                                            
The PersonThe requirements for the Credit Control Manager role are:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads within a very busy and fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor a team
  • Computer literate - good working knowledge of Excel
