This creates a vibrant, relaxed working environment, where a high level of commitment to customer service is the norm.The business is now ready to recruit its first Finance Director to support the plan for longer term development and growth.Wholly site based 5 days a week working closely with the Directors who run the business day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for all finance and IT matters including

Board reporting
Budgeting/forecasting/strategic planning
Statutory reporting
Liaison with key professional advisers
Cash flow forecasting
Taxation
The development of a finance team
Systems development and IT back office processes
Ad hoc project and advisory work for the Board
