Our client is a privately owned business based on Teesside providing site services to a blue chip client base.The 5 years trading since formation have been really strong creating a solid and financially secure platform for growth, future prospects are very good.The company is highly entrepreneurial in spirit, lacking in red tape and cultivates a can do culture at all levels. This creates a vibrant, relaxed working environment, where a high level of commitment to customer service is the norm.The business is now ready to recruit its first Finance Director to support the plan for longer term development and growth.Wholly site based 5 days a week working closely with the Directors who run the business day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for all finance and IT matters including 
  • Board reporting
  • Budgeting/forecasting/strategic planning
  •  Statutory reporting
  • Liaison with key professional advisers
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Taxation
  • The development of a finance team
  • Systems development and IT back office processes
  • Ad hoc project and advisory work for the Board
